"Mine is a similar story to another comment. I had a chirobuilt website for >10 years before ultimately deciding to switch to another service, and suddenly no one replies to support tickets, answers emails or responds to voicemail messages when I'm looking to cancel. I ended up disputing the next monthly charge with my bank and ultimately had to change my credit card number. Chirobuilt keeps sending past due notices and I reply to each of them with the growing list of notices I have sent to them. Very disappointing since they were good through setup and with multiple upgrades to my service."
