"I used to donate blood at this location for over 2 years and I’ve never had a problem up until today. I had surgery a few months back and talked to them on the phone to confirm that I can come and donate blood. I was told that it was okay and took an appointment just for them to keep me waiting over 20 minutes and put me in a room just to tell me I am not able to donate blood today. I explained that I had already talked on the phone with a couple people to confirm I am able to come and they basically told me that the people that answer the phones don't really understand much…they were very rude, disorganized, and were disrespectful. I will not be coming to this location again"

"This is a very nice done center. They are good at getting you processed and in and out efficiently. I like that donations stay in the state and help people in our community. It's clean and all steps to keep you safe are taken. There is usually a freebie such as a t-shirt or some other insensitive. They also have decent snacks."

"Wonderful ladies working, I vote, 5 stars. I was early and was hoping to be seen early but they explained only 2 at a time social distance, I was seen on time thou. Easy to find right across from the hospital so if you go to say your goodbye you can also walk to give someone life. Remember to vote."
