"Let me start by saying I am an advocate for helping to save others. Having said that, I was contacted 6 hours after my mother passed and asked an hour's worth of questions. I was assured, given the nature of her death, they would only do skin graph and possibly a sample of her heart valve. I was also assured they would confirm when her body was delivered to the funeral home. Let me say they are so nice until they get what they want. I got no confirmation of the delivery of her to the funeral home and they took much more than they indicated. Misleading vulnerable people who are willing to help others is abhorrent. I had to provide some possible distinguishing markings or features for funeral home to confirm identity. They also did not provide ME with what they actually took. Once they get your agreement they follow through with nothing they say."
