"Online scheduling was simple. They called to confirm everything the next day. Was in and put in a little over an hour even though expected install was 2 hours. Really nice guys working in there also."

"I had an appointment scheduled for this Thursday but due to the possibility of rain not guaranteed the technician would get wet. So I called and they could take me in the shop. Unfortunately that doesn't work for personal reasons. Thus the coming to you to fix it really doesn't exist . Don't advertise something that you do not do."

"I absolutely DO NOT recommend using Safelite to replace your vehicle glass. I needed the rear glass replaced on a RAV4 and they couldn't do an appointment for anything less than 7-10 days out. When I physically went to this location, they didn't even have any crash wrap to cover the broken glass and give it some protection from rain. Nationwide customer service is hard to reach and offers nothing but repeated requests for the same information as they hand you off from person to person. So much for the commercials about trusting your auto glass replacement to Safelite. They don't even use OEM glass, which one would assume given the full retail price. I just ordered the glass from a local dealer and will have another shop install. It will be an extra $200 but at least it will be quality OEM glass and it will be done faster than Safelite can do it."

"I just got my windshield replaced and I cannot express enough the level of professionalism these guys have. I truly never had a better customer service experience. They even reattached my dash cam to my new windshield. Very quick and efficient install. Job well done!"

"Thanks for nothing safelite. I give you zero stars but one star is the minimum. Had a technician come out to repair My windshield Which had an 1-1/4"crack. After the repair, the technician showed me that he had cracked it further And the crack is now 7"long. The red circle shows the original small crack In the red line shows what it looks like after the repair. Nobody verbally told me that this could be a risk But I didn't expect that a repair would cause more damage to my windshield. Obviously they are not responsible for damage that they created But they Could install a new windshield for me Which would Probably cost me around $600 out of pocket. Is this a way to make more money from an unsuspecting woman than a simple repair? Shame on you safelite!!"
