Hillbilly Grill

"Stopped here recently for lunch on our way through the area on the bikes. The waitress was super friendly and chatty and the food was great. Of note: if you're coming from the Atlas direction the road is paved all the way to the grill. When I was looking this place up it was hard to tell and I can't say for certain it stays that way if you continue past the grill. Just in case anyone else coming through the area on bikes was wondering."

"Hidden Gem. Motorcycle, wheelchair and family friendly. Large portions, great food and awesome atmosphere. CASH OR CHECK only, but they do have an ATM just in case you don't have the cash. Food portions a huge and priced right! They serve alcoholic beverages and regular drinks. Plenty of parking and seating options. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended."

"Please note: Cash only!! Drove a half hour to get here based solely off the reviews. I am perplexed by the high marks. We were in town for the BBQ festival and love supporting local. The drive here is rough. Zero cell service so download your maps. Walked in and no one said hi or greeted us in any way. We stood at the bar awhile and still Noone interacted with us. Our waitress was aloof. Seemed annoyed we were there.. Maybe its a locals only place. Not sure.. The food was basic bar food. I will give props to the sweet tea. It was great. I would not waste a trip out here again though. Simply not worth it to us."

"Stopped in for the 1st time today and found the place pretty nice. It has a rustic feel. They had inside and outside seating. They also had a large bar area and beer on tap. We did not eat but seen alot of the meals looked large and homemade. We only had a drink at the bar. Owner was super friendly. Prices looked also very reasonable. We will go back to eat when we have more time."
