"Wish I could Give this place 0 stars. Ordered an intercom for experimental AC accidentally, (my aircraft is certified). No indication on website the intercom wasn't TSO'd. Go to have it installed (was going to have mechanic print off TSO), the mechanic wouldn't even touch it. Called customer service, They initial stated it shouldn't be a problem to return since there was no indication to it being experimental only but they needed evidence first. I emailed them Aircraft spruce's page where it clearly says "NOT TSO'd". Didn't have the audacity call me back. Just an email stating they couldn't return it because they never made the claim it WAS TSO'd. Horrible customer service."
"Stopped in here for a headset and a bag for it. Rebecca was super helpful and walked me through all the options and features in my price range. After trying on many of them and going over the specs, I opted for a nice pair of David Clarks. Their prices destroyed all the online retailers I looked at. Best of all they went out of their way to let me find a bag that fit well. The staff was friendly and professional. I drove over an hour from Pittsburgh to get there and the experience was well worth my time and money. I will definitely come back here again."
