"I rented a car in Buffalo niagra Airport today. The pickup time for the car was at 11pm, I Got to NATIONAL at 10:40 PM. Nobody was at the counter or by the cars. I called NATIONAL and they said someone is supposed to be there, but they couldn't do anything about it. So I'm stuck with a bill right now from NATIONAL and I had to rent a different car from avis.Im Very upset and the worst part is, I rent often from NATIONAL."
