"My fiancé took my truck tonight to get it washed only to be told it’s “too muddy” to be washed and was forced to back out of the wash line. The service since the two older gentleman have started working their has gone way downhill, I’ll be cancelling the memberships on all my vehicles as I won’t be paying $100s for a wash that doesn’t allow me to wash them. Below is a picture of my truck with what their new team members claim is “excessive mud”."

"Took my girlfriends vehicle through after work. Went into the tunnel. Got the wash. Pulled out and around to the vacuum area. Got out and looked the vehicle over. The entire driver side is completely scratched from headlight to tail light. Went and got a worker. She did whatever it is she had to do. The questions I was asking her she couldn’t answer them and just kind of kept beating around them. 10/10 don’t recommend. When you work hard for something and you just want to keep it nice. And a company doesn’t check their equipment or a company doesn’t even have a standard operating procedure for checking the equipment or doesn’t even keep logs of when it’s checked. Canceled membership and will be going elsewhere. But hey thanks for the cool new scratches!"

"Pretty good wash job for a automatic. There are 3 different prices to choose from it’s a little more costly than get go or sheetz, but it definitely does a better job than get go. The dryer doesn’t dry very well but they do offer complementary hand towels to use, they also offer complementary vacuum and window cleaner with wash . They accept credit cards for payment not sure about cash . They do offer a membership wash and you have a separate line with that. We also received a complimentary air freshener."
