"Great park for lots of recreational activities. One of my go-tos for walking. the (slightly less than) 1 mile loop gets packed but on the less busy days, its a great place to run. flat and paced I rally enjoy the tra through the woods. if you park at the maple fest lodge by the dam , you can do a full loop around the lake via this trail. beautiful fall foliage"
"First time visit! What an amazing park. The mountain bike trails were super! Very fast and flowing. Will for sure be back, one of my favorite places to ride so far."
"I love that we have this local park and that they offer pavilion rentals. I do think the pavilions need repainted yearly even if they asked the community for volunteers. Sad to see the horse shoe pit leave. Dog park is a nice addition, would like to see a couple other things in there for the doggies. Would love for them to utilize some of the land for tent camping, maybe get rid of the shelter on the hill and allow people to pay to tent camp. The lake is beautiful and a very nice, peaceful place to fish. Nice walking trail. Huge part of our community."
"Very nice park & usually empty or very few people. Trails (paved & unpaved), large pond with a small beach, lots of hiking trails up big hills, clean bathrooms, picnic huts with tables/water/outlets. One of my favorite parks."
"The fitness walking trail is stunning in the snow. It is a one mile paved walking trail that looks fairly well maintained in the winter. There are quarter mile posts and vaulted toilets plus port a johns there."
