"I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to just in case it helps anyone make an informed decision. My son just had an appointment with Dr. Brown to treat scar tissue. Dr. Brown walked in, looked at the scar and proceeded to tell the nurse to get an injection ready. He did not inform me nor my son about treatment options, possible side effects, or what he is about to inject. I interjected to ask what the injection will do to the scar tissue. Dr. Brown’s response: “look it up on the internet”. Need I say more? I have had a great experience with Dr. Tashakori who is there only two times a week. She asks questions, answers questions and educates about medical conditions and treatments."
"I’ve only been to this office one time, but I won’t be going back. When I went in, I said I was new to the area and looking to establish my regular dermatologist office. I explained that my mom previously had skin cancer and that I have a history of abnormal moles (especially my scalp) that needed to be removed. The doctor came in and did a quick scan of my body in 5 minutes. He never checked my scalp. In top of that, he prescribed me 2 things for acne which is not a concern for me. He disregarded when was most important to me (my scalp being looked at) and instead pushed his own agenda (acne). On top of that, everyone in the office was rude (except the nurse who for me settled in my room)."
"Had a very positive visit with Dr. Caggiano who addressed all of my questions and reasons for the visit. However, I was prescribed a medication that led to some adverse side-effects which began a few weeks after starting the prescription. I reached out to the office 3-4 times across a 10 day period (via phone call and through the office's online messaging portal) to express concerns about continuing the medication due to adverse side effects. I also attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment to address my concerns but was not assisted in scheduling an appointment. Notifications were received after each of my outreach attempts, each of which stated I could expect a call or message from the office. No return messages or phone calls were received. I loved the doctor and service when I was at the office in person but will not be a returning patient with this office due to lack of support/communication in addressing concerns and scheduling follow-up appointments."
"Horrible front desk experience with Yoseline. I called on 5/20/24 to book an appointment for my acne with Euphemia. The person on the phone left me a voicemail to state that the doctor is accepting first time patients but won't be able to see me until mid-June. No worries, I call back to schedule for Mid-June, Yoseline picks up and says the person who left me the VM was incorrect and Euphemia won't accept new patients and rushed me off the phone. I asked her if another doctor in the office can see me as a new patient and she said Dr. Brown can see me. I asked if Dr. Brown specializes in acne treatments, because I've seen dermatologists who just prescribe me Tretinoin and call it a day. "Dr. Brown prescribes everyone Accutane and puts them on that program" I told her I didn't want a one-size-fits-all treatment and I wanted a doctor who can analyze my skin to give me a personal diagnosis. She proceeds to say: "I'm not sure but Dr. Brown puts everyone with acne on Accutane" The generic treatment of Accutane for every patient is bad enough from Dr. Brown, but the customer service of Yoseline was horrible. She should not be picking up the phone to provide service to patients, because you will lose business with her lol"
"Dr. Brown was the worst doctor I've ever encountered, so bad that I feel the need to write my first google review. He is not only incredibly arrogant and rude, but after seeing 2 other dermatologist for a second opinion, they strongly encouraged me NOT to take the medication that Dr. Brown prescribed. If you're going to be that rude at least be a decent doctor. I've told so many people about how bad my experience because it was truly comical."
