"Zero stars, dumping this location. Called to get in to be seen for pneumonia. Phone just hangs up if no one answers. Finally got the triage nurse. Zero help. They don’t care."

"Not even worth one star !! What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t know how to return a call? It’s been over a week at this point! Please don’t go here they do NOT care about people. I have never seen anything like this! This is people’s lives in your hands and you can’t return a simple phone call or call in a blood test, absolutely ridiculous. I hope each and everyone of you reading this is ashamed. What if that was your parent or someone you cared about? It’s not hard to be a decent human being and at least return a phone call…."

"Saw the nurse practitioner for poison ivy clearly had a bullseye from tic bite and she said that doesn’t look like poison ivy and gave me cream for it( also had poison) called six times in seven days and the only callback I got was to scold me for calling too much! Day eight still no call! Went to ER yesterday got tested and started treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"These people are so hard to deal with they give you so much running around. They think that you have a lot of money to go here and there they have no idea there are surrounding areas or surrounding hospitals. They only work outside in the Washington area. I understand that part, but they have no information about Saint Clair or don’t want to even help you. They are very poorly equipped to help anyone."

"Truly unacceptable that I've called 3 separate times to schedule an appointment with a doctor, no one answers the phone. Always put on hold before the phone hangs up or whenever I even call, immediately I get a voice saying they're at a meeting or whatever. Also, where are the actual doctors? Im always pawned off on the nurses or whatever when I want to see the doctor. Where are theym"
