"I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condescending. When I was explaining what broke on my machine, the owner accused me of breaking it and said “what you’re saying doesn’t add up”. Would recommend using anyone before them."

"Bought a mower there years ago and had nothing but issues brought it back he gave me nothing much attitude and was very unprofessional. There are several dealers around that are wonderful in the area including Murphy family inc, cross roads mowers, Jefferson hills lawn and garden, middle town tractor I’ll go to those guys before I ever go back."

"POOR customer service. Brought in five chain saw chains to be sharpened. The guy asked if 7 to 10 days was okay. I said that was okay. Came back 14 days later and he still didn't have them done. He asked for a few days more to do them. Left them there and came back six days later and still not done. Got my chains back and will take them to someone who can actually do the work. Glad I didn't take a lawn mower there if it takes three weeks or more to get work done!! The grass would be knee high. Would give them zero stars if I could. I do not recommend taking anything there for service unless you have unlimited time to wait for the work to be completed."

"John was so patient, and very thorough. He helped me find my equipments information and was careful to get me the correct parts. Lots of genuine Brigg's and Stratton parts and can order quickly what is not in stock. Carries Echo, Toro, Honda, Columbia and others. Has chain saws, mowers and lots more. Prices of items I purchased were very reasonable."
