"I went in with long hair down past my ribs, asked for a trim and some layers, showed the stylist a picture for reference. Ended up having to walk out of there with hair up to my shoulders. Cut was so bad that I went straight to another salon to get it fixed. I really tried to be open-minded, thinking maybe it was such a long time since I'd had a trim that I was just surprised and maybe it really wasn't as short as it looked. But when the second salon stylist took a picture to show me what the back of my hair looked like, I have been perplexed ever since, wondering how such a big and blatant mistake could even happen. I'm trying to not be upset over a haircut, but I have been trying hard to grow it and take care of it and have spent the last few years with 3 kids at home pulling on it, getting it caught in toys, etc just to have all my hard work so terribly and unevenly cut off."
