"The information I've read and the information given at the interview, questionable. 4/8/22 I was supposedly hired through this company. First I was told I'd be in the next training course then that changed to you have a position but we are going to put you in the next train class for a different position in Sales calls. Then went from we are waiting to hear back from the company I would be receiving calls for about 2 weeks is what I was told. I was hired back in March. I called recently to get an update and was told it will be another 3 to 4 weeks. I mean What! Is it going to be another 3 to 4 after that deadline. This is a hoax to me at this point don't waste your time. In this moment right now I don't even want the job. This shows me lack of many different things. Either I'm right or missed an opportunity. But I'm not going to doubt myself. Honestly what I think is they represent as a customer service and sales company but are doing something completely opposite. Thanks for wasting my time and blocking me from my career search. Now I understand why there are only 3 reviews. For example even small call centers have more employee interaction than this. Call center my behind. I mean they do realize that's taking advantage of people right? We have families to feed. You should be ashamed. Oh really frustrating to you. Did any of your services get cut? You're a damn lie."

"I was really excited and looking forward to actually doing this job, though the interview was 100% misleading. During the orientation today, I did not care for the individual attitude when certain things were being said that was not said during the interview, which if they were said at the time of the interview I wouldn’t had accepted the job. When some of the issues were brought up during the orientation they were disregarded rudely and had to wait until lunch to be address and when they were eventually discussed, the trainer was making it seem as if we were lying about the information that was provided to us. Crazy how several other people were told the same information so obviously the individual that contacted us wasn’t up to par with the correct information and if that was the information given to me during the interview I would had never accepted the job in the 1st place, I wouldn’t had accepted another job that would interfere with my main employer period. I had applied for part time, the ad on Indeed said full time/part time, that was also in fact wrong. They only want full time 32+ hours, I made it crystal clear in the interview I only wanted part time evening hours because I am already working full time nights and was told during the interview that those hours would work, though at orientation all of a sudden there is no part time and it’s full time 32+ hours and our schedules were already made and the hours they were expecting me to work were gonna collide with my other job. On top of all this they cut your pay by .75 cents during orientation which I don’t know how that’s even legal in the 1st place. How do you offer one rate and then pay a lower rate for orientation, never in all my years of working have I ever heard this. If you’re hired at $10.00 then it’s $10.00 from the beginning, not $9.25 for orientation then $10.00 after orientation, that’s beyond unethical. This morning was a complete waste of my time and now I’m back to square 1 looking for another part time job. My suggestion is to make sure you have all the details at the interview if possible, clearly it wasn’t during my interview or the other 2 individuals interviews because they were also mislead with the same information I was mislead with, though the trainer was not apologetic at all, like I said the trainer made it seemed like we were lying and was just rude about the entire situation. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and in fact have been told by others I discussed this with to file a complaint about them, which I definitely will be doing."
