"I originally posted about a little scheduling snafu, but it was resolved by a call from Dan the owner. Dan was very kind in explaining the misunderstanding, and I totally understood how it happened. I will use Taylor Made for my roof. Awesome business retention skills. Thanks for calling me back. I would like to add a follow up. I did follow through, and use TMS for my new roof. 8/7/24. I almost can’t find the words to describe how pleased I am with this company. The crew showed up early, started immediately, and worked all day, professionally, efficiently, and attentively. Extreme attention was paid to detail and the crew was extremely courteous and helpful. Dan, the owner is an honest and gracious guy, a pleasure to do business with, and finally, the clean up after the job was very thorough and impressive. Last but not least, the roof is beautiful, I am so happy with it. I don’t have one complaint, and I’m looking forward to calling TMS to install a deck for me and possibly a roof solar panel. I would recommend TMS to my family and friends without a single qualm."

"We hired TaylorMade Solutions to replace the roof and gutters on our 103 year old home. If you have an older house, you know that any project comes with plenty of unknowns and curveballs, and especially a project of this size and significance. Dan Taylor himself came out for the estimate. He was very thorough and took the time to discuss details and options for ventilation and repairs. He even noticed some sagging on the corners of the roof overhang that others had missed, and proposed solutions. He also pointed us in the direction of a compelling third party financing option. The team showed up promptly as scheduled to do the work, and stayed well into the evening each day. They were courteous and seemed generally happy on the job. We were particularly impressed by the real time creative problem solving as they encountered some of the repairs. Dan himself worked with the team on some of the more critical repairs, and they all took the care to make things right. We knew some of the scope work would be unknown until the old shingle was removed, yet the whole project came in reasonably close to the estimate. We are very pleased with the end result. Not only do we have a new roof, but the whole house looks fresher, tighter, and frankly, happier. We recommend TaylorMade Solutions for a roof or improvement project, particularly if you have an older house in need of some TLC."

"We just got our new roof installed today. They showed up on time and got right to work. They started around 7:30 & they were finished, cleaned up and gone by 5 pm. "I used TaylorMade Solutions to replace my roof based on the recommendation of my solar installer, Palmetto Solar. The quote that I got from TaylorMade Solutions was several thousand dollars more than other roof replacement quotes that I'd gotten a few months earlier, but I went with them based on the recommendation and the lie that I'd be able to get 30% of the roof cost back as a tax credit since it was part of a solar installation project. In reality, roof replacement costs are not eligible for the solar installation federal tax credit - do not believe this lie. On the day of installation (September 16, 2022), not a single member of the crew spoke fluent English, and I needed to use Google translate to communicate with them. The crew broke the railing on my front porch, which I reported to TaylorMade Solutions in a voicemail that evening. After receiving a call back from Dan Taylor and being assured that he'd be out to inspect the railing the next week, I did not hear back from them until April of 2023, when they finally realized that I hadn't paid for the roof yet. Dan came out to inspect the railing and ultimately ended up buying a new railing set. The new set didn't have enough brackets for my setup, so he promised to order those and mail them to me. I still have not received them, 13 months after they broke my railing and 6 months after Dan promised to get them to me, so I have not been able to have my railing repaired. I have sent dozens of messages to ask for them over the last several months, and now no one even bothers to reply. I deeply regret paying him for the roof before the railing was actually repaired, but I naively trusted him at the time. Additionally, some months after the installation, I noticed that the top row of shingles had not adhered and were free to lift up. That caused me to discover that TaylorMade Solutions had reused old flashing that was not lying flat on the roof. For the cost of this roof, I expected that they'd do the job right. I have been incredibly disappointed with this experience and would not recommend them."
