"Just tried to go here, Google says it’s open. Phone rings, closed on the door."
"Waited 20 minutes for a 5 minute haircut that still cost 23 dollars. If a stylist can make 20 dollars in 5 minutes sign me up for the job. Lillian is the only one who might give your hair some attention and its impossible to get her appointment even if you try to book it on the website. You end up waiting and getting a cut from someone super inexperienced instead. Supercuts needs to shut this shop because they can't seem to run it well. I have had 3 terrible sloppy amateurish haircuts from this place back to back. Terrible work ethic. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS PLACE. If you can't do a simple crew cut how can you call yourself a salon. I WANT A REFUND"
"This was the WORSE haircut of my life. My stylist was very nice but totally incompetent when it comes to cutting natural hair. I feel that stylist should tell you if they have no expertise in cutting particular types of hair. Also I feel the salon is mis-managed. I had signed in online asking for a particular hairstylist which I did not get. I also feel that the other stylist knew my stylist was unable to properly cut my hair and that they should have stepped in. I will NOT be returning to this salon ever again."
"The stylist Bri was very nice! I had walked in wanting a very large portion of my hair cut off and she was worried that my hair might have a large emotional meaning to me, which it didn't. However, it was very nice and reassuring to hear that someone cared that much about the person getting their haircut! :D I'm very shy but I felt very comfortable with the haircut she had, and she was extremely nice!"
"This is my first visit to this Supercuts location. Lillian is a friendly and talented hairstylist. She and I had a great time talking about movies and her time with her father and mine with my daughter who happens to be Lillian's age. It was a pleasure to speak to such a nice young woman. She was professional and gave me a nice haircut. I'll definitely go back and book an appointment with Lillian."
