"We had a our hearing checked today - my husband and I - both over 65 and thinking the other person has the hearing problem. Amanda, our technician and hearing specialist, was wonderful. She explained everything that was happening in the hearing exam while it was taking place. Then she very clearly explained the test results as she showed us a graph depicting our individual hearing levels. It was fascinating. We are not in need of hearing aids just yet, so we didn't have a demonstration of the various models available, but we could and maybe should have. Now we have a baseline with which to compare our hearing as the years go by. The office staff were helpful and kind, and Amanda was really great. So glad we decided to do this - it was really instructive and helpful."

"Love my Oticon Zircon rechargeable hearing aids received from Tri-City hearing. The aids work amazing and sound great. Also, thankful for the professional staff and my hearing aid specialist Amanda VanFossen. They have quality products and the team is knowledgeable, transparent, very patient, helpful and took the time to get my smartphone app set up. I stream music to my hearing device with great sound.
