"Would give zero stars if I could, RUN AWAY! The most unprofessional doctors office I have ever encountered. They are not transparent with their pricing, will charge you $400 for a consultation and will not tell you how much the actual procedure costs that you are coming in for. "It's office policy that we don't disclose pricing over the phone, you'll be given the cost of the procedure after you pay the $400 consultation fee in our office." This is abhorrent practice for a doctor. Not to mention that any time I tried to schedule an appointment they called me THE DAY BEFORE to change the date. Everything about this office is unprofessional, save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"NEGATIVE STARS!!! Unfortunately, there is no such option as a negative rating. AN EXTREMELY GREEDY, MONEY ORIENTED, SHADY, AND STANDOFFISH DOCTOR!!!! Every visit Dr. Blair Murphy-Rose did "ALL HER BEST" to keep the visit/conversation with me as SHORT as possible. No details/explanations of treatments until I asked. No after care instructions until I asked. No SPF lotion was provided to put on my face right after treatment until I asked. No healing ointment provided to take home for after care until I asked. I don’t know if I was the only one treated this way. During my first visit I paid $550 to have a full face milia removal. She used a machine (can’t remember the name of the machine/treatment) to remove them for me. During the follow up visit, she used a needle to remove the remaining ones or the ones that were still not completely flattened after the initial treatment. I wasn't charged any fee since it was a follow up. At the end of the visit, I went to the front desk to sign out, and the lady there asked me for a date to come back for another follow up visit. Therefore, I scheduled another appointment thinking that it would just be another follow up visit without additional fee (except copay). Before the day of the visit, I realized that I still had one big milium on my forehead that wouldn’t completely go away even though she used the machine to remove it during the first visit. On the day of the visit, I informed the doctor of such a milium thinking she would just use a needle again to remove it. She asked me: “you want me to treat this one?” and I replied "yes". Without saying anything else, she immediately used the machine on the milium while pressing her fingertips against my forehand to prevent me from moving. While she was still pressing against my forehand she said: “Oh, there is one next to it and there is another one.” She treated 2 more tiny milia, a total of 3. She then rushed to the front desk and whispered something to the staff. Upon check out, I was handed a bill with a charge of $350. The writing on the bill stated that the price for removing any 2-14 (number of milia) is $350. I knew at that time I had more than 3 milia on my face and forehead, but my concern was only that big one in the middle of my forehead. She should have told me in advance about the potential service fee for treating more than one milium! She just wanted to charge me full price with very little work being done; otherwise, why only removed 3 when I had at least 5 more milia?!!!! ***Please also note that even if she meets you on time, you will still need to wait for a very long time for treatments. I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME HERE ANYMORE."

"Be warned - she sneaks in hidden costs for impromptu "procedures" done during check-ups and you don't find out you were charged or what the amount was until months later. I went in for an annual check-up and ended up being charged several hundred dollars without even knowing any "procedures" had been done to me. Before she does anything or suggests any quick things for you, demand to know the costs associated. I was never told any costs beforehand - would not recommend a doctor that is this shady."

"Dr. Murphy was extremely helpful and seems to really care about her patients. She was concise, but made sure to discuss every concern i had with undivided attention. The office was clean and not busy. It was great experience overall."
