Upon arriving at their office by 9, I was swiftly taken to an exam room. Within 20 minutes, I had seen the doctor and received a prescription for my eye infection. Their customer service was excellent, especially considering it was a Saturday."

"I have been a client at this location for years and I wanted to take the time to share my experience when it came to my daughter's prescription. I wasn't going to post but I just had another bad experience but now for my glasses. Here is what happened regarding my daughter's glasses: My daughter called to request a refill for her contact lenses and she was told that there was a $80 balance on the account that needed to be paid before a refill could be done. When we inquire about that balance we were told it was a fitting fee for the contacts. We were surprised because everything was paid upfront for her last appointment which was for glasses and not contacts. Upon talking further with them, they stated that the balance was for a contact prescription fitting. However, we came in for glasses and not contacts. So we asked - why are we being charge for a contact lenses fitting when we ordered glasses? They couldn't answer. The removed the fee saying that didn't know what happen. Basically they added a fake charge to the account for a service that was not provided. Carefully read your receipts. This is not a good practice as we should be able to trust a business that we are being charged for services provided."
