"I love this place. I'm not originally from Pittsburgh and I have been going to the same chiropractor for a decade before moving out here, so needless to say this was a risk for me as I do not trust easily with medical or physically ailments. After moving, I was experiencing back and neck pain and realized I couldn't make the drive home as frequently as I would have needed to fix my problem. While I was at work a customer told me about D&M Chiropractics. So I gave it a chance, called them up, and booked my first appointment. Best decision I've made since moving out here, and they got me in by the end of the week! The first time I walked in I was greeted warmly by Britt who gave me my new patient paperwork and explained the treatment process to me. Next I met Dr. Mark. He introduced himself and explained to me his process, what he wanted to do, and how he used chiropractics and therapy to help his patients recover. We took x-rays, and I left with another appointment card. Since then they have been nothing but perfection. Every time I come in I am greeted warmly, they give me updates on my progress as well as encouragement. Britt has explained the complicated process of insurance to me more times than I can count which I am forever grateful for, but most importantly they have been so kind to me. It was never about the money for them, it was truly about helping me get back on my feet so I could live a better life. I have almost completed my treatment and yet weeks ago my family and friends had already told me I was standing up taller, my neck looked longer, I wasn't hungover over, it was really amazing that they could see the progress too, and so soon! I'm coming up to my last treatment appointment before switching to my maintinence visits and I'm honestly a little sad. Coming to the center was one of the highlights of my weekly routine.
