"August of 2023, my 32 year old son, diagnosed with A.L.S., was brought here. He did not receive the greatest care. He developed sepsis a month after arriving there, an aide let him fall out of his bed, his room was never clean. I personally feel as though his death was HASTENED by continuous doses of Morphine and Ativan because the 18th of this month, August, would have been one year that he's been here and he passed away yesterday, August 11. Was Medicare and Medicaid no longer paying T. H. and they had to get him out of there? I'll probably never know the answer to that question. OUR FAMILY IS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HEARTBROKEN!!!"
"My husband was here for PT rehab. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. They seemed to work well together and care about all their patients. He was here 2 weeks."
"My great aunt, was never taken out of bed, and given a narcotic without consent, she has bed sores and was in so much pain, she fell out of bed, was laying on the floor left alone, until her roommates daughter found her. Sheโs now back in the hospital, dying with an infected bed sore bigger than a softball. Please do not send your loved ones here. We are grieving and devastated. Praying this gets shut down."
"Bad experience for 1 week. Biggest complaint was the nurses didn't seem to care and when you call for them, they came 15 to 30 minutes later. I had to call nurse station 3 times to ask them to go check on him because he was sick throwing up. He said all you heard all day and night was laughter while your laying there feeling like your dying. Shame shame shame"
"After visiting this facility, I must say the treatment from a staff member (Ashley) that I encountered was BEYOND unprofessional. She was EXTREMELY rude, lazy and seem to be there just for a paycheck. She treated me like a piece of trash just because I had questions about my family members well being, etc. She was rude, unprofessional, loud and childish to say the least. I did bring it to another nurses attention who seemed to be very helpful. She did tell me her name was Ashley Pratt. Iโm hoping her behavior would be corrected in the future. Perhaps you should reconsider your career path ASHLEY if who you are unhelpful to the elderly AND their family members. Hope to have a better experience my next visit."
