"Insisted on a 9am Friday entry appointment for ultrasound, kept us waiting for 30 minutes with no end in sight. Very rude staff. Not a good experience. Spend your money at other more respectful places Update: they just gave an anodyne response that makes it sound like accidents happen. That's not the case. Let me clarify. The front desk person literally said, at 9:30am, "There are 3 people ahead of you, so I can't give you a time, I think it'll be another 20-30 minutes". For a 9am meeting. Just do yourself a favor and take your business to another clinic that doesn't intentionally overbook you for a Friday morning and waste your time in favor of theirs."
