"Don't buy especially this store. Very rude. I bought online and wanted to do return, they simple rejected accept return, said that it missed tag, but I received order without tag, I showed them invoice all necessary information, they rudly rejected( their store is not online store, they are different)said to call customer service. Also they said that I washed item, I didn't do it. They looked to me as lier. And I am foreigner, I speak English to best as I wanted. Bad place."

"Went into the store to make a return. The girl working was very rude. I was having trouble bringing up my receipt on my phone. It had been an online purchase. The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great. The sales associate got irritated with me and was just really impatient and mean. Iv never posted about a bad experience. Mainly bc you never know what’s going on with people. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. But you have to do better. Treat people how you want to be treated."

"Awesome store for kids clothing as well as prices are reasonable. The associate Alexis is awesome and definitely very helpful as well as friendly. Recommend this store and when you go ask 4 Alexis, she's super nice....."

"I like buying clothes for my kids here and online dispite having had a bad experience with one of the cashiers/managers due to my online order return after the covid shutdown being to overwhelming bc their sizes seem to run much larger than other brands but later she did apologize so I removed my previous one star review. Will likely return later in the season for my kids back to school uniforms."
