"Staff is absolutely terrible! Called and left 4 or 5 messages to get their clinic to call me back after being hospitalized with regards to getting a new Insulin pump and the staff could care less. Clearly no one knows how long 24 hours is and I am currently looking for a new endocrinologist due to how bad the callbacks are from the staff alone. Absolutely terrible!"

"Dr is amazing, but I agree with the reviews about his staff. No one returns calls or responds to messages on MyChart. The Medical Assistant that brought me back to the room was so rude that I almost walked out. I’m not understanding how more isn’t being done about the staff. And it’s really a shame because he is an amazing Dr, very patient, thorough and kind."

"I have posted here before but I will post again. This office knew all my levels were fine BESIDES super low testosterone,it was all tested before being sent there. They could see all the labs in MyChart. I waited 5 months for an appt for them to say we don't treat that. That's cause they are saying they needed blood work to see all my levels. All my levels were in there. All of them were tested. Not one mention that they couldn't help me in the 5 months I couldn't come. When I asked the nurse why no one said anything she talked herself in circles never answering why when the labs were in there they couldn't tell me that and she ended up hanging up on me. His is ridiculous. Save your time go to Cleveland Clinic."
