"I want to start by saying I have never left a review of any restaurant/experience in my life. I ordered 2 bagels online. There was no option. To remove the jalapeño cream cheese. So I thought I’d call and just ask. The girl who answered couldn’t have been more annoyed that I called and asked one question. Then told me her manager told me they actually can’t do changes like that over the phone….. I’ve loved brueggars my whole life, but the 4th ave location is filled with disrespectful employees who get pissed off when you ask to make a HUGE change such as no cream cheese. Honestly haven’t been that disrespected by a food service employee in a long time. Wild phone call to be a part of."

"Great to be able to sit down and eat in the store again. The staff is always friendly, and they're attentive to every detail. A suggestion for Corporate: Get the drink cooler out front fixed. They can't display all the chilled wares, including all the great cream cheese options."

"Disappointed they discontinued my favorite bagel flavor a while ago and not happy to be charged 50 cents for an extra slice of cheese. I can get a lot more in a grocery store for that price. Will not be back again for these reasons."
