"Used the app, picked up at drive thru. Even with a substantial line, I waited less than 5 minutes and everything was waiting as soon as I got to the window. Fast, excellent, friendly service and the food was fresh. Nice experience."

"I sat in the drive thru for 30mins waiting for my order to be taken. by this time there was 6 cars that have left. and then another 20 mins waiting for the food ."

"So we decided to have Hardee's for dinner on 7/25/2024. We arrived, and there was a single car in the drive thru and an elderly couple in the restaurant, the person taking our order was EXTREMELY RUDE he didn't even try to hide the attitude that he had. He was rolling his eyes and being extremely obnoxious (We had a party of 4. I gathered everyone's orders before even speaking to him.). Like I could understand if they were EXTREMELY BUSY, but again, they weren't! I was getting ready to ask for the manager, but guess what?! HE WAS THE MANAGER!!! If you don't like dealing with the general public, then don't work in it! They didn't even tell me my food was done. I looked up, and there was my food. If I could do a zero star, I would have. The fries taste like really old grease. We will not be returning"

"Nothing wrong with the food... One patron at this establishment was very judgemental. My husband and I were in line waiting to order having a conversation amongst OURSELVES... An older gentleman that had his nose in OUR conversation apparently didn't like what we were talking about.. he made it known that he didn't approve... He and my husband had words about the gentleman staring at me and shaking his head and telling me I should be ashamed of myself... Just know we were not talking inappropriately. We had just dropped our cat off at the vet and was talking about his(the cat's) procedure... Even if I was talking inappropriately, it wasn't any of the gentlemen's business!!!"

"The restaurant is clean but very sterile looking. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a chicken soft taco, beef taco, and grilled chicken burrito. It took 10 minutes which is forever for a fast food place. I guess all Red Burrito orders are made to order. You'll get much faster service if you just order regular Hardee's food. The food tasted basic and virtually the same as Taco Bell. Unlike Taco Bell, Hardees/Red Burrito aren't selfish with the meats on the taco. I also ordered chicken tenders which were quite tasty with the honeyQ sauce."
