"The food used to be on point. If you liked Taco Bell, you'd like this one. But I don't know if there's a new boss or new hires in the past 2 months, but a store that used to give me the right order without fail is suddenly completely incompetent. I've even complained to the manager at this point and it did nothing. They continue to completely screw up which blows my mind given you confirm your order at the drive-thru screen. At literally 7/10 screwed up recent orders, I'm done. I've never seen a fast food place mess up this often."
