"Urban Podiatry is a top-notch office. From the moment you step in the front door you can tell they are focused on wellness. As I sat in the waiting room before my appointment it felt more like I was in a spa, rather than a doctor's office. The quality of service Dr. Bertolo and Steve deliver are fantastic. I have been a patient for several years and have always been grateful that my issues get dealt with quickly. I love that, in addition to fixing issues competently, there is also a focus on educating patients about how to avoid having a repeat of the problem or how to manage symptoms better. Lastly, I appreciate SO MUCH how easy they make it to stay in contact with their office. Being able to send text messages in order to schedule or ask questions is so convenient. It also means a lot to know there is a real person getting back with me and not a series of automated responses."
