"Employees are very friendly and don't try to rush you out. The place is clean and the service is EXCEPTIONAL. WE WERE THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND GREETED IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING. The menu gave us a wide variety and the ice cream selection makes it hard to stop at one."

"Ice cream is great, it is a must to stop in. As far as the credit card fee, I feel it should be advertised more with big signs and not have the employees say "it is just a few cents" some people just don't want to pay any fees at all. My issue is that customers park right in front of the benches outside and leave there cars running while they go inside. I would like to see no Idling signs on the side of the building with the seating area. There is plenty of room on the other side of the lot to leave your car running with your A/C on while you go inside. No one wants to listen and suck engine fumes while your trying to talk and enjoy your ice cream. It is a shame some customers are so ignorant and the business would even have to think about this issue."

"I just recently started coming here. I didn’t know it existed. I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. I love that I can get Penn State creamery ice cream here. The place is super cute. Friendly service. Love that they sell Orams donuts. Im addicted to the Alumni Swirl. I have come a couple times when it wasn’t available. Was wondering if you get a shipment of this flavor on a certain day? Will continue to support small businesses. Its a 20 minute drive there and i come weekly now."

"Shop is within walking distance from my house so it's convenient to get ice cream. BUT after last visit be going to hanks from now on. We spent over $25 there that night and if you spend over $25 you pay a credit card fee. Why is it if you spend more you pay more ? You being a business CHOSE to accept credit cards so you should pay to accept them and you pay the credit card fee. No one twisted your arm to accept credit cards, you decided to do that on you own. You like everyone else is ripping people off and that extra money is going into your pocket. No more Judy's Jimmies. HANKS all the way now."
