"If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Significant problems experienced with Therapeutic Resources (TR) and their contracting organization to the point of having to file a complaint with the EEOC board. Experienced workplace bullying (frequently targeted by their contracting organization's 'Psychologist' (Related Service Coordinator)), maltreatment and severe confrontations, e.g., tactics using intimidation, demeaning, discriminatory, untoward behaviours, deliberately withholding pay. When attempting to address this with TR directly, TR did not immediately take any action and failed to address the issue for months until I contacted their contracting organization's, CEO. Still there was no formal plan of action created to address the issues I have faced regardless of whether I chose to stay with this agency or not. TR cares more about fulfilling their business interests rather than the welfare of therapists. I highly doubt the individuals of the TR team would provide the same treatment to family members, loved ones, or meaningful others! #Do better!! #There is no room in any workplace environment for toxicity"

"Bill was beyond exceptional. Our Quinn has really come forward a long way from the time he was a little over 6 months to just turning two years old. Every step of the way, Bill was extraordinarily instrumental in his development. The benchmark goals and improvements have been absolutely remarkable. We were so very impressed with Bill and his methods, along side with seeing our son Quinn grow and develop impressively. We had to move to New Jersey, so unfortunately our services had to end. Bill was such an important role and figure to Quinn. He truly is like an uncle, moreso than my actual brother who nonetheless is a great uncle to Quinn. One of the things we miss and will miss from moving, are the sessions Bill and Quinn had together. Bill is a treasure who has enriched Quinn's life and we are so glad to have had him as Quinn's physical therapist."

"I am a COTA. I worked with 2 other agencies before working with Therapeutic Resources beginning in March 2023. I’ve had a great experience working with their wonderful team. Their professionalism made my transition very pleasant and smooth. The director Seanan Carpino is very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. She is always patient, responds quickly to questions, and provides excellent training and mentoring. The agency has a lot of cases to choose from so you can pick those that are most desirable based on your needs. They offer free training. I’ve already completed COTA, ABA, and ProviderSoft training. ProviderSoft is a very simple and efficient system for submitting session notes and payroll. It also speeds up the process so you get paid quickly and reliably. I would definitely recommend this agency to others!"

"I have been with TR for the past few years and have enjoyed my time working in all the placements they have been able to connect me with. I specifically worked with Caldra during my time at TR, initially meeting her in person and kept in touch virtually thereafter. She has always been quick to respond, gave me options to work at different locations and with different populations, and was super accommodating to my preferences and needs. When I needed a mentor, they were able to provide me with one which is great especially for new grads. I love the fact that they offer free CEUs!
