Minors Policy:
- Monday-Thursday: Minors must exit by 9 PM
- Friday-Sunday: Minors must exit by 5 PM (strictly enforced)

Rental Information:
- Minimum Rental Duration: 3 hours
- Rental Fee: Due upon booking (does not include food or bar tabs)
- Weather Policy: We are weather-dependent and reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather for the safety of staff and patrons. All rental fees will be reimbursed in such cases. You have up to 3 days prior to your reservation to cancel and receive a full refund.
Lounge Capacity:
- Seating: 14 people
- Standing: 6-10 people
- Gate Fee: $5/person on weekends (waived for 10 people with lounge rental)

"One bartender at the first bar when you walk in charged me $12 for an aperol spritz. It was very good. We sat at a table and the waitress got our drinks from the back bar outside. I ordered the same drink, an aperol spritz, they charged me $11. It came in the smallest plastic cup I have ever seen. I wish I had said something. Maybe get more consistent with your prices/ drinks The first price was way more consistent with an aperol spritz and I regret paying what I did for the Dixie cup size one."

"Holidays, weekends, special events if there’s a cover charge it’s $5! Management refuses to price gouge people at both locations. That in itself says a lot about them. Live band or DJ everyday! Staff is awesome, definitely the place to go, relax and not worry about rift-raft wondering in."
