"I have been receiving massages on a regular basis for 25+ years. Of those, I’ve been a client of East End Massage for the last three. And I can easily say that my experience with Ozzy has been one of the absolute best! During my initial visit, Ozzy spent 20 – 30 minutes talking to me about what brought me in. We discussed my physical issues as well as what I hoped to get out of the sessions. After taking the time to understand my needs, Ozzy described the approach he thought would be best. But he also made it very clear that if anything wasn’t working for me that I should let him know so that he could adjust. Massage therapists often ask at the beginning of the relationship what you are looking for. While my preferences are initially respected by most, I’ve found that many therapists gradually revert to a standard technique after several sessions. Not Ozzy. He has remained consistent throughout. He still checks in with me periodically, but it’s a rare occasion that I want or need to change anything. That said, we still talk briefly at the beginning of each appointment to discuss any current issues that might need to be addressed. Ozzy can easily tailor a session when needed. Ozzy is friendly, respectful, and genuinely concerned about the wellness of his clients – not just the mechanics of the massage. I always walk away feeling physically relaxed and mentally refreshed. If you are looking for a great massage experience, Ozzy is, hands down (pun intended), the best!"
