"I don't know the guys name and I do feel bad about that,but he has blonde hair and it's flipped to one side. Literally Everytime I've been in there with an issue or question, he's been knowledgeable and friendly. I switched to cricket out of necessity since metro closed their doors for covid and I needed a new phone whose screen wasn't cracked and he made it happen. I've stopped one with questions and concerns and he's answered everything perfectly. I'll keep on with cricket because of the service."

"Just moved my service to cricket from metro pcs about two months ago. Biggest mistake I ever made. They don't accomadate you at all. I tried to pay my bill but daughter is the main person in account. I couldn't pay my bill because I didn't have her personal passcode. I'm also a client I say to the gentleman helping me can I make my own account he said no. I got upset and he became more rude instead of explaining to me reasons why. No CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Let me add on the way in store clerk was outside hitting a vape pen and on the phone. He continued his call and walked I store. He did not greet me at door or even acknowledge me until he was behind counter. Great way go Cricket....the clerk name is breydan. And yes cricket Im moving my service back to another provider. Advice to everyone reading this...walk away."

"Waited for an hour outside of the store for the employees who would "be right back" according to a sign on their door. Then I was told I had to get a new line in order to get the phone I wanted. Fine no problems there, until they told me they canceled the line so I wouldn't be charged for it. A month later and the line was still active according to my bill. Luckily corporate solved the issue but I would recommend going to the cricket in Yorktown plaza if you absolutely must visit the brick and mortar store"

"I walked in to sign up and the place reeked of marijuana. The guy upfront was with a girl and they were both laughing because it "smelled so good".. it's pretty obvious that they were the ones smoking inside the building. Not even hiding it, I'm surprised that Cricket allows their employees to be stoned while working."
