"Rented a spline core drill to make a hole for a new dryer. I picked it up at 1:00 Friday as they were closing.It didn’t work and when I took it back the next day it was inspected by the supervisor. He agreed that it was worn out and wouldn’t work. I was told I should have called. I explained that they were closed and I was told that I should have left a message. I then got a charge on my card that was more than I was told in the beginning. I would steer clear of this place. Aztec is just up the road in Christansburg."

"Always very easy to work with and extremely helpful finding what it is I need. They usually always have the odd ball tool or heavy equipment that my business doesn't own ( lack of consistent need) that I rent occasionally. Prices are very reasonable."

"Ok folks... If you're reading this and you need to rent equipment.This is THE place to go. First, their prices are very competitive, I looked online and at other rental facilities and NRVRA prices are rock solid. Second, the equipment I rented (a floor sander) was in great shape and when examining other equipment everything looked used of course... but functional and in good working order. When renting the sander the folks who work here were GREAT help, offering as much advice as I sounded like I wanted without being too pushy. Secondly, they provided a very heavy duty extension cord AND when purchasing sand paper for the sander, they sold me a couple extra and told me to bring back what we didn't use. Sure enough they gave me enough in case something happened (such as hitting a nail etc. ) and refunded what I didn't use. GREAT CREW OF PEOPLE HERE!!!"

"These guys went above an beyond to help!! I rented a car dolly my daughter's car broke down!! Go to pick it up an from the time a walked in the door they was so nice humble an friendly!! The man goes to hook the dolly up I had the wrong ball turned up so I give the guy my key so he can take the pin out turn ball hook up an go... Not so easy the pin was jammed up key wouldnt go in to unlock my pin!! Well these guys work 30/45mins on it finally they had to grab the torch an cut my pin off!! After 20mins of torch cutting its off he put another 1 in for me hooked the dolly up an got me going again!! I found out during the wait time they have been there for over 50yrs!! An I can see why. THANK YOU FOR YOU KINDNESS IN A ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION!! I will be back for my rental needs!!"

"Best price for renting equipment in the area. The equipment might be older then what you get at other rental places, but new paint does not seem to make anything work better, just cost more to rent. The people who work here are friendly and know what they are doing."
