"I'm re writing this review because I was wrong and first gave a poor review. I read reviews, some very good. I didn't receive a call back within 4 days so I assumed I wasn't going to hear from them. HOWEVER, I was wrong. Eddie had been on vacation and as soon as he returned he contacted us to give us an estimate. He came to our home, it was pouring the rain down. He patiently waited well over half an hour to work with my husband. My husband said very impressed, great person and very nice Christian man. I apologize for jumping to conclusions. I was also impressed that he waited so long in the rain."

"I called Eddie numerous times before I finally got through. Had to try several more times to get through a second time to try to arrange a date. The second time I did get a date and an estimate over the phone, I felt encouraged. I did some traveling for business and when I returned I expected to have him at my house that week, but after my 2 week trip he vanished into thin air. Even his wife couldn't get him to call me back despite a half a dozen or so calls. If you don't want the business just be polite enough to say you don't want the business. I don't know about his work, but his job planning was disorganized and inconsiderate."
