"Our washer started leaking about 2 weeks before my 60 day warranty was up. It was a the drain hose in the back, it somehow cracked. I fixed it myself, $20 and had to special order the part. Easier than hunting down my receipt. Then less than a week later the washer died. I thought it was the agitator but it was a part they didn’t make anymore so I had to junk the entire washer! We were a week outside of the 60 day warranty. They did NOT do anything to help me one week out of warranty because I fixed the cracked drain hose myself and our warranty ended a week ago. Drain hose is external, the issue was part of the inside under the agitator. They tried selling me another washer. I would NEVER do business with these people again and have warned dozens of people about their scam."

"Scammers!!! Do not buy anything from these crooks. They knowingly sell faulty appliances, and will not uphold a warranty. Trust all the other 1 star reviews, I promise they are all 100% true. This places business practice is nothing short of legal theft. Stay Away from this joke of a store and go to appliances direct or somewhere else like it."

"We bought a used washer here Saturday and it didn’t work right. We took it back and they were happy to exchange it. We don’t know if they would’ve refunded us, we just bought a new one from them instead. It was 419 dollars. Cheaper than Lowe’s and great service!"
