"Idk what else to say originally told I wouldn't be able to pick up my car till tomorrow cause they were behind I was upset asked to speak to the owner and explained I needed my car for a funeral on saturday morning and he guaranteed he'd finish his meeting and jump on it personally himself and within a hour and a half my car was done and ready to go then after looking at my bill i realized it wasn't what I was quoted turns out he gave me a discount for the inconvenience it's so nice to finally meet a owner of a business that realizes mistakes and goes above and beyond to fix em!"
