"My experience with Window Town was wonderful. From the very beginning to the very end. I first met with the sales representative. He went over their products. Asked questions to see what I wanted and what was best for me. He never pushed for a sale. He told me to take my time in deciding and to even get other quotes. That really surprised me...lol. He also provided me with financing assistance information and told me I could find financing on my own. Because I was able to pay for the windows myself, I had to pay half upfront and the other half upon completion. I took his advice and did get another quote. I won't say that companies name, but they quoted me almost double the cost of what Window Town quoted me for comparable products. On the day of my appointment for installation the crew showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. I had six windows replaced, that included a big picture window. They had everything done and cleaned up within 2 1/2 hours. They were faster then I expected. The crew leader never approached me for payment until everything was done, cleaned up and they were ready to go. He made sure I was happy with their work. He went over how the windows worked to make sure I didn't have any problems and even suggested what to do when installing a window air conditioner so I don't damage to window sill. I only did six windows right now, but when I decide to do more, I will call Window Town. I would recommend Window Town to anyone looking for windows."

"From the start it was an easy process, and quick. The windows took about 3 weeks to be made. As soon as they were done, i got a call to have them put in about a week later. Everyone we have dealt with )from the salesman, the guy who measured the windows, and Donna) have been friendly and great! The crew that put the windows in were great. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up nicely. The job was done quicker than I thought it would be for 13 windows. Definitely recommend them!"

The windows look nothing like was shown they are defective framed windows the installation was terrible foam on carpet .a screen on one window was addressed it was torn was not fixed same one put back .windows were put on inside that was a first always seen on outside pulled and installed was told $$$ for this and that but everything looked simple to me to be done and wrap job around windows is terrible the reviews are crazy but this is real with pictures"
