"Workers very polite and got oil change done quickly. My gripe is how the cost their services. I called Take 5 and asked what an oil change would cost for my 2020 Toyota with full synthetic oil, they said 81 dollars plus tax and fees, plus they sent a 25 dollar off coupon and she aays it will be around 56 dollars. Great, I get to take 5 and they have an advanced premium service level and that is what I got charged for 101 dollars instead of the premium level of 81 dollars. They really did not explain the difference but what I was told on the phone and what they say you need are 2 different pricing levels so beware!"

"Love the guys who work here, always very funny and personable. I’ve never had any problems with my car after coming here. They don’t pressure you to get the most expensive oil or anything like that. I come to the Take 5 on Mahoning Ave every time I need an oil change."

"Very good customer service. Pulled in at 12:30pm on a Friday I had 4 of my children in the car so I was kinda in a rush. The team explained everything in detail and I was not pressured into buying anything. I was done in less than 15 minutes from when they actually started the oil change. They also gave me a cold water and my kids juice packs. I will definitely be back :)"
