"Workers very polite and got oil change done quickly. My gripe is how the cost their services. I called Take 5 and asked what an oil change would cost for my 2020 Toyota with full synthetic oil, they said 81 dollars plus tax and fees, plus they sent a 25 dollar off coupon and she aays it will be around 56 dollars. Great, I get to take 5 and they have an advanced premium service level and that is what I got charged for 101 dollars instead of the premium level of 81 dollars. They really did not explain the difference but what I was told on the phone and what they say you need are 2 different pricing levels so beware!"

The team explained everything in detail and I was not pressured into buying anything. I was done in less than 15 minutes from when they actually started the oil change. They also gave me a cold water and my kids juice packs. I will definitely be back :)"
