"We called to make an appointment to have a small exhaust leak fixed. They informed us they changed the policy you now have to drop off your car and leave the keys and they will call with a quote. We do what was required to have it fixed and they call back the next day and say the catalytic converter is missing and this will now be 650$ to replace. So either someone in Warren cut it off in the night or the shop did. We are now required to fix our car with more parts and pieces than we needed to begin with. So not only was my car not fixed it’s in worse condition then when I left it to begin with. The catalytic converter is missing, the check engine light is on because of the sensors that were cut and the problem was not fixed, it is in fact now way worse and we are the ones held reliable to fix this. This is absolutely ridiculous and they will do nothing to fix it or pay for it. It was in their possession and lost parts but it’s our problem now? I would not recommend this place to anyone. In the photo added you can tell it is freshly cut off and this was sent to us by the worker fixing the car. Please do not make the same mistake we did."
