"I would never purchase another Cadillac from this place. They do not care. They just want to cover their mistakes and be done. The dealership is nothing like it was years ago. NO communication whatsoever! We had purchased several Cadillacs from here in the past. We have moved on to better. I do not like to air my issues to the public, however this time, it took it to the next level. Shop around and go somewhere else. Find a dealership that the owner is there and knows what goes on in the day to day activities. Somewhere that takes accountability for their mistakes. This place lost all of our respect and our hard earned money. No need to reach out to us. We have traded the car in that was only a year old elsewhere. I stand firm on never returning to your dealership again."

"Service department is a complete rip off hack job. Did an oil change on my Buick and put 8 quarts in it thinking it was a north star motor. Then charged me extra for it lol. I hope Cole is not listed as a “certified gm” service center. Scary things here scary things. -the bummer of this, is that Cole valley was a relic left over from the Pontiac era. A family run business. Whose family members work here. And as big conglomerate companies buy out other dealerships, Cole valley is sort of a conundrum. Why not invest in quality techs and used cars and go the extra mile for people like me who are not from the warren Trumbull area who could be long time customers. I mean I get it, techs are hard to come by when paying “flag pay” not hourly like most independents do now. But to overfill a General Motors product oil crankcase for a routine service is just plan ole lazy. And then to argue over it is even worse. I had a dash cam in my car. I see the oil going in. There’s no argument. I won’t change my 1 star review."

"From the moment we walked on the lot we were greeted and immediately felt comfortable. He was in no way stereotypical car salesman with us, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain many details. We left the lot without purchasing the day off and to think things over. In that time we were not harassed with phone calls or emails about returning. We returned a week later and purchased the vehicle with a in and out of less than 2 hrs and that’s including a trade and time spent with finance. We are very happy with our experience and owe a lot of that to Spencer! Thanks again !"

He worked with the numbers I needed to make the purchase happen and never once made me feel pressured in my purchase.
