"I was in today I came in around 12 like the guy asked me too the day before, come in I hear people in the back speaking Russian I think I wait patiently for someone to come to the desk which they never did I wait for about half hour before someone walks by and when I said excuse me I didn't even get looked at the man turned on some air machine and walked back to the car he was working on, I decided I'd go Presque Isle Auto Body and Paint which they were closed today (Memorial day) sadly this one the only auto body place open today and all I wanted was an appraisal on a scraped bumper. If this is the way they run their business by ignoring people who walk in then they don't deserve any business of mine."
