"I went in at 5pm last night to look at washers. Ended up leaving after purchasing a matching set, washer and dryer both. I have a washer but HATE IT. I had spent time trying to get one on FB marketplace and got so tired of scams and waiting on replies. I looked at big box stores and local used appliance places. Elite Liquidation has new appliances for cheaper than the big box stores. No pressure to buy but the owner did ask if I needed help and was knowledgeable of his inventory and the products when discussing what I was looking for. They have various options at various prices. Top loads, front loads, machines with agitators vs low agitation, stackable, and even a machine that did both the washing and drying in 1. They have matching sets and individual appliances. The wonder does allow you to buy 1 item out of a matching set if that’s what you’re looking for. (I visited another store recently where they did not allow this.) Items come with a 1 yr warranty or you can buy a longer one. I did use their delivery service which is a 3rd party company. They do charge more to deliver further away or go upstairs etc. Elite gave me a sheet with delivery info before I left and advised to call them to set up a date. I called right after I left the store to set up my appointment. They gave me their next available time frame (which was the next day). They gave me a 4 hour window. They did call the next day to confirm my time but also told me they could come earlier than planned if I preferred. I was home so went ahead and had them come. They called again when they arrived to tell me they were here. Both gentlemen were professional and polite. They were quick, in and out in 10 mins. I did not have them hook up the appliances, just had them deliver as my husband can hook them up. They were careful and mindful of what they were doing. We have a couple stairs on both the front and back porch so I saw other people posting negative experience so just wanted to add mine, which was positive! I had a great experience with them."

"I cannot recommend this place enough. After what had been 3 trial/misses working with big box retailers to get the washer and dryer we wanted into our home, on a whim my partner and I check out the selection, and found a unit in perfect working order and for hundreds off the list and discounted price. On top of having a great selection, the team there was super helpful and enlighten us on how they ensure each of these items (albeit with minor scratches and dents) are refurbished and hold a 1 year warranty. They also, provided us with a superb team that was able to move our washer and dryer in without a scratch (or an additional one) and get it into a tight space that previous movers were unable to get into that location. I’ll be getting all future appliances from Elite Liquidation Appliances going forward. Great value, and even better selection and service."
