"If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Steve came to my house to repair my dishwasher. It was after 1700 and he was still working. Steve's work ethic is something you don't see in todays younger generation. When he took my call, I thought..."great a young kid. Well, I'll give him a chance". The past 2 appointments, the repair team never even showed! Steve called me 3 times within a 3 day span to keep in touch. Steve was well dressed and a COMPLETE professional. He diagnosed my problem within 10 mins. He gave me the "out the door price" with the service charge added into the final price...not in addition to the repair. Steve had to order the part so he asked for a very reasonable deposit. Oh yeah...when he finished my job, he went to ANOTHER call. This guy needs to be the poster child for work ethic. Thanks Steve..."

"We called towards the end of the business day, and Steve returned our call later that evening. He fit us in within two business days, arrived between the quoted time window, was incredibly efficient, polite, professional, focused, and knowledgeable. He repaired our dryer within an hour, taking a lot of it apart quickly and efficiently to determine that it was the heater coils that had failed. Then he put the whole unit back together within 10-15 minutes. He REALLY knows his stuff!! Additionally, he knew what was wrong with our washing machine as soon as he turned it on, ordered the part, and scheduled the follow up repair for the next day. The repair was completed the next day, just as promised! Incredible service!! Also fair prices, and clear invoicing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"
