"The worst dip manicure I've ever gotten - and I've been getting them for years. I was looking for a place closer to home, and had a good experience getting a gel pedicure here so I decided to try their dip. This was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten, my fingers had bled multiple times and she never apologized or said anything about it. I know mistakes happen so I don't make a big deal about it, but everything about this manicure hurt and completely chewed up my cuticles and caused scratches from filing. I wasn't planning on tipping because of my experience, but was just going to quietly leave and go back to my usual salon. At this point I really just wanted to leave and didn't want to cause any issues with other customers waiting in line behind me, but one of the workers checking me out went out of his way to ask my name and confronted me about the tip. I was going to hope that my manicure would at least hold up after all of this - but it has been 2 days and almost every nail is starting to lift at the corners. There is only one person who does dip, so I'm not returning to get it fixed and I doubt they'd offer a refund. They seem to do well with other services - but this person was extremely rough with my nails regardless of what kind of manicure I got."

They’ve never cut me with the drill (which happens a lot at other nail salons) and they’re always so gentle, detail oriented and they all are so talented at what they do! Truly my favorite nail salon, I drive here from Kent now"
