"Gave multiple examples of what I wanted, but I was very specific about having my grays covered, when I left and paid they were not covered. Don’t appreciate an attitude when trying to discuss having my hair done correctly how I asked for it to be done when I’m spending 4 hours in the salon."

"Heard some unhappy customers that no longer go there since one of the nice cutters left. My personal issue is I have a gift card and contacted them multiple times about scheduling an appointment. Never get a call back though. I guess they don't want any business. I'll throw away the gift card and just go to Great Clips or something."

I had heard rave reviews (through the grapevine) and read reviews on social media, I arrived early for my appointment, and I was greeted at the door with a genuine, welcome and handshake. Although this was my first time visiting this salon, they made me feel at home. The salon was cozy and comfortable. Erica was top-notch, she is knowledgeable, friendly, and an awesome stylist, and manicurist. I've already booked my next appointment.
