"This place tucked away on the side street in one office building. So not many people know about. I am first time here doing facial. From front desk to owner all carry a terribly rude attitude towards customer. Raised voice yelling on customers like uncivilized; Very hard sell on packages and promotion; Expensive Over priced $200+ a facial; Very painful not sure it's done right or effective - massage on shoulder and chest. Those pain on bones lasting for days! Mandatory tip of minimum $15 for facial. Worst part: 2 customers sharing the same room with a stranger. Together 4 people in the same room in service with beauticians chatting. It is NOT POSSIBLE to relax or have a nap in a quiet environment. And you are asking $200+ for this kind of cheapness?? You must be kidding me!"
