"I initially reached out to them for a wedding but they said I was outside their delivery area. I am 45 minutes away from them so they must have a small delivery area. Anyway I went with a different rental company and just rented a few items from them that I couldn’t get from the other rental company (bar and whiskey barrel). First of all I initially ordered a kids table with chairs after confirming I can make changes if I didn’t need the table. Turns out I didn’t need it and cancelled that item but added another $150 in linens to my bill instead (table was only $20). They charged me a cancellation fee for the table even though I was adding other items that cost more than the item I cancelled. They also charged a damage fee they did not discuss up front with me. They added it to the bill and rushed me out and only after did I find out I could refuse that charge. When I did come to pick up the items, one of them was a bar that needed some assistance getting it onto my truck. The lady at the front desk was kind and pleasant but the lady who was the manager (I can’t remember her name, Crystal maybe?) was completely disrespectful and rude. Stood by and made her front desk girl do all the heavy lifting with me and just watched. Didn’t help load, didn’t say congrats, didn’t even say anything. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Even her employee commented at how un enjoyable she was to work with. Anyway short of the story is if you need a rental company go with RMC rental in Washington and skip this place. RMC delivers to Morgantown and many other surrounding areas and are much more pleasant and fair to deal with. As far as the lady manager, please have a better attitude for your renters especially considering some of them are seeing you on their wedding day."

"Rented a skid steer and spent half my day working on it since the tracks had never been replaced. MPE did nothing to resolve their issue. I couldn’t get my job done even after renting “equipment”, terrible business who seemingly only wants your money."

"Purchased a Echo 2511t chainsaw and the guys were all very knowledgeable about the saw. Very friendly people and helpful. They tested the saw to make sure all was good before I left and even registered the warranty at the store. Good people."

"Excellent rental house, majority of tools needed from general home repairs to equipment for commercial contractors. They have party and event items as well. Very knowledgeable staff willing to impart their knowledge."
