"Very fair pricing and staff was helpful with all my questions. Went over how to properly operate the chipper I rented and was open with drop off and pick up details. Chipper was well maintained and worked very well."
"I had a project planned, to grind some stumps, I rented a trailer, hitch, and stump grinder, I was greeted politely, by Brandon. The employee at the garage that attached the hitch,trailer, and loaded the stump grinder was very helpful and thorough for safety. After starting my project I ran into an issue, I called the office and they asked if I could bring it back to diagnose the problem or give me a new machine. In the end it ended up being user error, I had not turned the throttle up high enough. But everyone treated me well and not like I was an idiot. Overall as a home owner and not a pro I was very happy with my experience and the staff at the North Canton General Rental. Obviously different people can have different experiences but I wanted to mention my first impression of the branch. I would definitely rent from them again."
"Probably won’t be dealing with them here anymore. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone. They answer but immediately say can you hold and don’t even give you a chance to talk. Sat on hold for almost 10 minutes today and hung up and called back and got the exact same thing. Half of the time when I get equipment is in rough shape or has issues that I discover once I get to the job site and start working. Pretty frustrating as they are one of the few rental places around. But I guess they know that and don’t really have to worry about competition"

"We rent a lot from General Rent-all in North Canton. They have a great selection of equipment and tools. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is thinking about renting equipment, they are priced lower than Home Depot or Sunbelt. The staff is helpful, a shout out to James Miller for being helpful and courteous. He’s knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. We will definitely be renting more from General.
