"Went to the Applegrove Store to have a stain match. Associate Zak, made this experience very nice. Matching stain is very frustrating and needs a lot of patience, for both the customer and the associate attempting to do the match. Zak worked very hard to match and had a lot of patience. "So first of all you get what you pay for. Their paint is certainly more expensive (and better) than paint at the home depot. On top of that, they have much better/attentive customer service. I had an exterior shutter paint matched and it was too dark, brought the gallon back in and they spent a good amount of time working with it to get the color right and didn’t seem annoyed or like they didn’t have the time to help me. This is how you get repeat customers."
